• Debit cards: Local and international debit cards accepted.

• Bank transfer: Direct transfers available via BML and MIB.

• Mobile payments: Easy booking through BML and MIB mobile apps.

• Security: All payment transactions are encrypted and tokenized. We never save full card details.

• Currency: All fares are in USD unless otherwise indicated.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plans change? Here is how refunds work

• Cancellations: Full refunds are available if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.

• No-Show: If you miss the boat without prior notice, the ticket is non-refundable.

• Weather Conditions: If Escape Maldives cancels a trip due to bad weather or technical issues, a full refund or free reschedule will be provided.

• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Charges & Fees

Service and reschedule fees explained

• Rescheduling: One-time free rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before departure (subject to seat availability).

• Service Fees: A small administrative fee may apply for late changes or special booking requests.

• Booking Limit: Our vessel has a maximum of 10 seats; therefore, last-minute changes are subject to strict availability.

4. Travel Identification

What you must bring

• Identification: All passengers must present a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card for locals or Passport for tourists) at the time of boarding.

• Booking Confirmation: Please have your digital or printed booking confirmation ready for the crew.

5. Age Restrictions

Policies for young and older travelers

• Seniors & Health: Elderly travelers or those with physical conditions should notify us in advance so we can ensure the smoothest seating area on the boat.

• Safety: For safety reasons, pregnant women in their third trimester are advised to consult a doctor before speedboat travel.

6. Child Policy

Travel guidance for infants and children

• Infants (0-2 years): Travel for free if sitting on an adult's lap.

• Children (2-12 years): Discounted child rates apply (where indicated).

• Supervision: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Life Jackets: Child-sized life jackets are provided on board and are mandatory for all minors during the journey.
